“教育”必须服务于经济发展、引领经济发展，而“职业教育”必须融入产业。世界经济在向前发展，我国的经济正在转型升级，作为国际产业结构转移与调整中发展起来的软件服务外包行业，是一个技术密集型产业，该行业需要高校向其输送高质量、专业化的人才。广东岭南职业技术学院在高职软件服务外包人才培养方面提出系统化的方案、实践了一系列的举措，取得了显著成效。

Guangdong Lingnan Institute of Technology in higher vocational software service outsourcing talent training pilot project put forward systematic plan,practice a series of measures,and achieved remarkable results.
