传统教育模式下培养出的学生不能很好地满足服务外包企业需求，其原因是基于理论的教学模式缺乏对学生综合素质和实践能力的培养。将CDIO工程教育理念引入到服务外包人才培养中，探索培养工程实践能力的教学理念和教学方法，培养服务外包所需的高素质应用型人才，不断完善高校服务外包人才培养体系。将高等教育与工程教育相结合，能有效加强学生的工程基础知识、个人能力、人际团队能力和工程系统能力。

The teaching mode based on theories in universities lacks in cultivation of comprehensive quality and practical ability. The students in the traditional education mode can't meet the demands of service outsourcing enterprises. Therefore, the CDIO engineering education concept is introduced into the service outsourcing talent cultivation. The teaching idea and teaching methods that can cultivate the engineering practice ability of students are explored in order to cultivate high-quality practical talents and perfect the university service outsourcing talent training system. Combining higher education and engineering education can strengthen the students' engineering foundation knowledge, personal ability, interpersonal ability and engineering system ability effectively.
