交通事故鉴定技术是一门正在新兴的与广泛应用的科学，交通事故民警接受相关知识与技能教育将有助于提高事故现场调查取证与责任认定过程的客观性、科学性。在分析上述过程对鉴定技术需求必要性的基础上，指出在交通管理专业的教学体系上有必要设置该门课程，并对该门课程设置的时机与先行条件、教学内容与教学方法等进行了分析说明。

Accident identification technique is an emerging science but widely used. Traffic accident police should study some relevant knowledge and skills, which can help improve its objectivity and science in scene investigation and evidence collection process and responsibilities identification. Based on analyzing the necessity and obligation in the above-mentioned processes, it points out that the professional teaching system of traffic management major should set the course, then analyzes and explains the conditions and the setting time, course content and teaching methods.
