Internet applications%network public opinion%indicator system
近些年来，依托各类互联网应用所构建起的网络信息传播体系的网络舆情影响力越发增强，易于引起社会的强烈反应。基于互联网应用的热点信息传播属性，通过构建互联网应用对网络舆情影响力的评价指标体系，可以来衡量和评价互联网应用对网络舆情的影响程度，从而为政府部门实现高效监测、控制、引导网络舆情提供新的思路和方法。
近些年來，依託各類互聯網應用所構建起的網絡信息傳播體繫的網絡輿情影響力越髮增彊，易于引起社會的彊烈反應。基于互聯網應用的熱點信息傳播屬性，通過構建互聯網應用對網絡輿情影響力的評價指標體繫，可以來衡量和評價互聯網應用對網絡輿情的影響程度，從而為政府部門實現高效鑑測、控製、引導網絡輿情提供新的思路和方法。

In recent years, the internet is in a high-speed development period. Many internet applications are invented at this time and they are developing rapidly and diversified. At the same time, the internet’s information spreading system which is depending on kinds of internet applications has an enhanced influence. It would easily arouse the society’s controversy. Of course, it got the country’s attention. So, based on the qualities of the internet applications’ information spreading system, an assessment indicator system of the internet applications’ influence to the network public opinion would measure kinds of internet applications’ influence to the network public opinion. And the government can also use it to monitor and control the network public opinion.
