我国侦查讯问的监督是侦查讯问阶段的一个重要方面，对侦查讯问进行监督具有重要的意义，但是我国对于侦查讯问监督却是薄弱，甚至是缺失的，因此有必要对我国侦查讯问的现状进行分析，指出我国侦查讯问存在的问题，以便于保证我国侦查讯问监督制度不断完善和发展。
