近些年来，全国多地发生以“易容”的方式实施盗窃、抢劫、强奸、诈骗等犯罪行为的案件。目前，在中国对“人皮面具”并不是特许管理，而“人皮面具”被不法分子利用给社会带来的安全隐患正日益凸显。针对目前形势，可以借鉴“管制刀具”的管理模式加强对“人皮面具”的管理，从生产源头、销售渠道、使用管理和立法上加强管控，避免被不法分子利用。笔者从“人皮面具”的国际监管出发，借鉴管制刀具的管理经验，试图从法律的视角对“人皮面具”的管理找到出路。

In recent years, many cases happened in China using shapeshifting, such as theft, robbery, rape and fraud. At present, there is no special department in China to manage “human skin mask”, but the illegal use of “human skin mask” has threatened the social security. In managing “human skin mask”, the way of managing controlled knives can be referred to, including administration and legislation through the process of production, sales and use. Starting from international regulation of skin mask and experience of managing controlled knives, the author tries to find a way to manage “skin mask” from the perspective of law.
