以天津市某住宅楼为研究对象,用e-QUEST能耗模拟软件对该建筑的全年能耗进行了模拟计算,研究了不同朝向上窗墙比、围护结构保温层厚度对建筑物全年能耗的影响,结果表明:南向窗墙比的变化对建筑物全年耗能量的影响最大,且增加围护结构保温层的厚度有利于减少建筑能耗。

Taking the residential building in Tianjin as the research target,the paper carries out simulation computation on the yearly building energy consumption by applying e-QUEST energy consumption simulation software,studies the impacts of wall-widow ration with various directions and enclosure structure insulation thickness upon yearly building energy consumption. Results show that:the southern direction will-window ratio alteration has biggest impact upon yearly building energy consumption,increasing enclosure structure insulation layer thickness will be some help for reducing building energy consumption.
