近年来,随着工业的快速发展,锅炉的应用领域不断拓宽。但在锅炉应用过程中普遍存在一个共同的问题,就是由于排烟损失导致的锅炉热损失较大。根据统计表明,目前无论是大锅炉还是小锅炉,其排烟平均温度都在180℃以上,而一些普遍工业锅炉排烟温度更高,这就导致锅炉热效率极低,只有60%左右,40%左右的热量都随着排烟而损耗,这给工业企业带来了较大的损耗。对锅炉烟气余热二次回收利用可有效降低排烟温度,减小能量损失,提高锅炉运行效率,减轻环境热传染。
