采用沼液回流装置,将发酵后的沼液回流至厌氧发酵装置中,并与新鲜牛粪混合,进行不同回流比率的高温厌氧发酵试验,研究沼液回流对厌氧发酵产气性能的影响。结果表明,沼液回流对牛粪高温厌氧发酵产气性能影响显著,对pH和氨氮的影响较小。当回流比率为60%时,日均产气量可达109.3 L/d,与未进行沼液回流的对照组相比,提高了20.8%。相对较低的沼液回流比率,对系统的COD去除效果影响不大;相对较高的回流比率,影响COD的去除。当回流比率达到100%时,COD的去除率相对于对照组减少了11%。

Reflux device using biogas, the biogas reflux after fermentation to anaerobic fermentation device,and is used for high-temperature anaerobic fermentation experiments under different reflux ratios with fresh cow dung, study on the impact of the properties of anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas under biogas slurry reflux. The results showed,biogas slurry reflux had a great effect on performance of cow dung high temperature anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas, but it has less effect on the pH and ammonia nitrogen.When the reflux ratio is 60%, biogas production reaches to 109.3 L/d on average, and increased by 20.8 %compared to control group with noreturn of biogas slurry Less than 60 %of the biogas slurry reflux ratio has a little effects on the COD removal efficiency of the system, but relatively high reflux ratio affect on removal of COD, when the reflux ratio reached 100%, the removal rate of COD decreased by 11%compared with the control group.
