目前，水利水电工程设计质量存在诸多不足，设计人员综合素质不高，责任意识缺乏，设计工作不到位，重速度轻质量，监控工作流于表面，设计方案缺乏比较性。应该从提高设计人员综合素质入手，加强培训力度，引进先进设计技术理念，提高责任意识，加强设计资源管理，完善质量监控体系，规范招投标制度，杜绝垄断，合理竞争，促进设计质量的提高。
目前，水利水電工程設計質量存在諸多不足，設計人員綜閤素質不高，責任意識缺乏，設計工作不到位，重速度輕質量，鑑控工作流于錶麵，設計方案缺乏比較性。應該從提高設計人員綜閤素質入手，加彊培訓力度，引進先進設計技術理唸，提高責任意識，加彊設計資源管理，完善質量鑑控體繫，規範招投標製度，杜絕壟斷，閤理競爭，促進設計質量的提高。

Currently, the water conservancy and hydropower engineering design quality has many deficiencies, the overall quality of the designer is not high, the lack of a sense of responsibility, the design work is not in place, the speed of light weight quality control work superficial, lacking comparative design. Designers should improve the overall quality from the start, to enhance training efforts, the introduction of advanced design technology ideas to improve the sense of responsibility, to strengthen the design resource management, improve the quality monitoring system, standardized bidding, to prevent monopoly and reasonable competition, promote the improvement of the quality of the design.
