以荒漠地区栽植的3年生胡杨苗木为试验对象,研究了胡杨苗木栽植前对其根系泡水时间、栽植时间、栽植深度、栽植后的修剪、栽植后30 d内的浇水间隔时间以及胡杨锈病的防治时段等因素对荒漠区胡杨栽植成活率及保存率的影响。结果表明:栽植前对其根系泡水时间不同,其栽植成活率也不同,泡水时间10~15 d,其成活率最高;栽植时间对其成活率也有影响,在试验区最佳栽植时间为4月中旬;栽植深度不同其成活率也不同,最佳栽植深度为苗木根际土低于地表土10~15 cm;栽植后的最佳修剪方法是根据苗木大小,在2~2.5 m高度处留2~3根枝条,并留2~3个芽短截,其余的枝条要全部清除;栽植后30 d内的最合理浇水间隔时段为7 d;胡杨锈病防治的最佳时段为5月下旬至8月下旬。
以荒漠地區栽植的3年生鬍楊苗木為試驗對象,研究瞭鬍楊苗木栽植前對其根繫泡水時間、栽植時間、栽植深度、栽植後的脩剪、栽植後30 d內的澆水間隔時間以及鬍楊鏽病的防治時段等因素對荒漠區鬍楊栽植成活率及保存率的影響。結果錶明:栽植前對其根繫泡水時間不同,其栽植成活率也不同,泡水時間10~15 d,其成活率最高;栽植時間對其成活率也有影響,在試驗區最佳栽植時間為4月中旬;栽植深度不同其成活率也不同,最佳栽植深度為苗木根際土低于地錶土10~15 cm;栽植後的最佳脩剪方法是根據苗木大小,在2~2.5 m高度處留2~3根枝條,併留2~3箇芽短截,其餘的枝條要全部清除;栽植後30 d內的最閤理澆水間隔時段為7 d;鬍楊鏽病防治的最佳時段為5月下旬至8月下旬。

Taking three-year-old Populusdiversifolia seedlings planted in desert areas as research objects,the effect of the factors (the time of root soaked in the water before planting,the planting time,the planting depth,the prun-ing after planting,the interval of watering within 30 days after planting,and the control time of Melampsorapruin-osae Tranz)on the survival rate and the conservation rate of Populusdiversifolia in the desert were analyzed.Result shows that:the survival rates of Populus diversifolia are different in which the roots were soaked in water before planting at different time;when the root of Populus diversifolia seedlings are soaked in the water for 10-15 days, the survival rate is the highest.Planting time also affect their survival rate.The optimal planting time in the experi-mental area is in the middle of April.The survival rate is different with different planting depth.The soil of seedling rhizosphere being 10-15 cm lower than topsoil is the optimal planting depth.The optimal pruning technology after planting is:according to the size of the seedlings,two-three branches & two-three bud sections are left at 2-2.5 m and the others are all removed;the interval time of watering within 30 days after planting is seven days.The optimal control period of Melampsora pruinosae Tranz is from the late May to the late August.
