本试验旨在研究哈萨克羊育肥羊在以低质粗饲料条件下,增加饲粮瘤胃降解蛋白质(RDP)水平对瘤胃微生物氮(MN)合成量和氮沉积量的影响。选取体重为(30.0±2.8) kg的哈萨克羊育肥羊公羔3只作为试验动物,分别饲喂RDP水平为7.94%( TMR1)、9.02%( TMR2)、10.10%(TMR3)的3种饲粮。按照3×3拉丁方试验设计进行试验,共3期,每期预试期10 d,正试期5 d。全部收集粪尿,测定尿中嘌呤衍生物( PD )排出量、瘤胃MN合成量和转化效率。结果表明:3种饲粮的干物质及有机物的采食量及表观消化率均无显著性差异(P>0.05),但TMR3的氮沉积量、尿中PD排出量及瘤胃MN的合成量均显著高于TMR1和TMR2( P<0.05)。饲粮RDP水平与MN合成量/瘤胃表观可消化有机物( RADOM)采食量之间存在显著的正相关( R2=0.9994,P=0.0109)。 MCP的转化效率不受饲粮RDP水平影响( P>0.05)。结果提示,低质粗饲料条件下,将饲粮RDP水平由7.94%提高至10.10%,能够提高哈萨克育肥羊氮沉积量,促进瘤胃MCP的合成,但未能显著提高MCP的转化效率。

본시험지재연구합살극양육비양재이저질조사료조건하,증가사량류위강해단백질(RDP)수평대류위미생물담(MN)합성량화담침적량적영향。선취체중위(30.0±2.8) kg적합살극양육비양공고3지작위시험동물,분별사위RDP수평위7.94%( TMR1)、9.02%( TMR2)、10.10%(TMR3)적3충사량。안조3×3랍정방시험설계진행시험,공3기,매기예시기10 d,정시기5 d。전부수집분뇨,측정뇨중표령연생물( PD )배출량、류위MN합성량화전화효솔。결과표명:3충사량적간물질급유궤물적채식량급표관소화솔균무현저성차이(P>0.05),단TMR3적담침적량、뇨중PD배출량급류위MN적합성량균현저고우TMR1화TMR2( P<0.05)。사량RDP수평여MN합성량/류위표관가소화유궤물( RADOM)채식량지간존재현저적정상관( R2=0.9994,P=0.0109)。 MCP적전화효솔불수사량RDP수평영향( P>0.05)。결과제시,저질조사료조건하,장사량RDP수평유7.94%제고지10.10%,능구제고합살극육비양담침적량,촉진류위MCP적합성,단미능현저제고MCP적전화효솔。
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of increased dietary rumen degradable protein ( RDP) level on rumen microbial nitrogen ( MN) yield and nitrogen retention of finishing Kazakh sheep under inferior forage feeding condition. Three lambs weighed (30.0±2.8) kg were fed three diets with different RDP levels [7.94%(TMR1), 9.02%(TMR2) and 10.10% (TMR3)]. A 3×3 Latin square experimental design was adopted. There were three periods with 10-day pre-test period and 5-day test period in each period. Total collection of feces and urine method was used to determine urinary purine derivatives ( PD) excretion, rumen MN yield and conversion rate. The results showed as follows:the intake and apparent digestibility of dry matter ( DM) and organic matter ( OM) of the three diets were not significantly different ( P>0.05) , however, nitro-gen retention, urinary PD excretion as well as rumen MN yield of TMR3 were significantly higher than those in TMR1 and TMR2 (P<0.05). There was a significant positive relation between dietary RDP level and MN yield/digestible OM intake ( R2=0.999 4,P=0.010 9) . The conversion rate of MCP was not affected by dieta-ry RDP level ( P>0.05) . The results indicate that under inferior forage feeding condition, when dietary RDP level is increased from 7. 94% to 10. 10%, nitrogen retention and rumen microbial protein ( MCP) synthesis can be improved, while the conversion rate of MCP is not affected.
