针对工业长距离测控环境,设计了基于以太网的倾角测量系统,与传统的RS 232,RS 485/422通信接口相比,以太网接口具有低成本、易于组网的优势,方便实现企业管控一体化。根据MEMS加速度传感器的工作原理和特点,研究了一种基于MEMS加速度传感器以及体积最小的以太网芯片的倾角测量系统的实现方法,详细介绍了系统的工作原理,重点阐述了系统的硬件电路设计和软件设计,编写了基于UDP通信协议的微控制器端的软件和上位机端的实时显示软件,并进行了实验测试。实验结果显示:该系统集成度高,功耗低,可靠性高,可用于各种长距离姿态测量。与传统的倾角测量系统相比具有测量精度高、测量范围大、使用及携带方便等特点。

For the long?distance industrial monitoring and control,an angle measurement system based on Ethernet is de?signed. Compared with the traditional RS232 and RS485/422 communication interface,Ethernet interface has the advantages of low cost and easy networking,which is convenient to realize enterprise integration management. According to the working princi?ple and characteristics of the MEMS accelerometer sensor,a realization method of angle measurement system based on MEMS accelerometer sensor and the smallest Ethernet chip is studied. The working principle of the system is introduced. The hardware circuit design and software design of the system are expounded emphatically. The software for microcontroller and the PC real?time display software based on UDP communication protocol were compiled and tested in experiment. The experimental results show that the system has high integration,low power consumption,high reliability,and can be used for a variety of long dis?tance attitude measurement. Compared with the conventional angle measurement system,the system has characteristics of high measuring accuracy,large measuring range,and is convenient to carry and use.
