以偏高岭土为原料,水玻璃为激发剂制备了地质聚合物材料,研究了激发剂的模数、掺量、水土比及养护方式对地质聚合物抗压强度的影响,确定了此类地质聚合物的最佳制备条件为水玻璃模数1.0,碱掺量10%,水土比0.25,自然条件下养护,并探讨了地质聚合物的开裂和气泡问题,从而制备了性能优良的地质聚合物仿瓷材料。
以偏高嶺土為原料,水玻璃為激髮劑製備瞭地質聚閤物材料,研究瞭激髮劑的模數、摻量、水土比及養護方式對地質聚閤物抗壓彊度的影響,確定瞭此類地質聚閤物的最佳製備條件為水玻璃模數1.0,堿摻量10%,水土比0.25,自然條件下養護,併探討瞭地質聚閤物的開裂和氣泡問題,從而製備瞭性能優良的地質聚閤物倣瓷材料。

The effects of the modulus of activator,content,water-solid ratio and the method of curing on the compressive strength of geopolymer material,which is prepared by metakaolin as the raw material and sodium silicate as the activator are dicussed. And that the modulus of sodium silicate is 1. 0,dosage of alkali is 10%,water-solid ratio is 0. 25 and the conservation of natural conditions are determined. Further studys on crack and bubble problems of the geopolymer. Combining points above,geopolymer imitation porcelain material with excellent performance is made.
