以梅钢某工程中筒仓底板模板支撑体系为研究对象,重点对模板支撑体系中所选面板、主次楞梁和对拉螺栓的强度进行了验算,并对满堂支撑架的整体稳定性进行了设计及验算,最终设计出一种安全、经济、合理的模板支撑体系,从实际使用效果来看,该模板支撑体系设计稳定、可靠、合理。
以梅鋼某工程中筒倉底闆模闆支撐體繫為研究對象,重點對模闆支撐體繫中所選麵闆、主次楞樑和對拉螺栓的彊度進行瞭驗算,併對滿堂支撐架的整體穩定性進行瞭設計及驗算,最終設計齣一種安全、經濟、閤理的模闆支撐體繫,從實際使用效果來看,該模闆支撐體繫設計穩定、可靠、閤理。

Taking the silo bottom formwork support system of some project at Meishan Steel Company as the research object,the paper mainly cal-culates the plate and primary and secondary beams in the formwork support system and its strength for pull bolts,undertakes the design and calcu-lation of the overall stability of the full support,designs the safe,economical and reasonable formwork support system,and proves that the support system is stable,reliable and reasonable in its design from its practical use.
