目的:分析盐酸曲美他嗪抗肾间质纤维化中的防治作用。方法:抽取28只清洁级Wistar大鼠,将其分为观察组与对照组,每组14只。治疗组造模后给予盐酸曲美他嗪灌胃,对照组给予生理盐水灌胃,通过生化自动分析仪对大鼠血尿素氮及肌酐数值进行分析,收集标本,按照试剂盒步骤测TGF-β1(转化生长因子-β1)、SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)及MDA(丙二醛)因子的含量变化情况,并对剩余的肾脏组织常规染色,观察组织形态学的变化,并行血管平滑肌肌动蛋白(a-SMA)免疫组织学检测。结果:两组血尿素氮及肌酐数值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),染色显示对照组间质有大量蓝染胶原纤维增生,肾小球病变不明显,而观察组肾间质胶原纤维阳性染色面积下降比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸曲美他嗪大鼠梗阻侧肾脏病理损害程度比较轻,Masson,s染色的胶原纤维面积减少,从而说明盐酸曲美他嗪可减轻肾间质纤维化的作用。

목적:분석염산곡미타진항신간질섬유화중적방치작용。방법:추취28지청길급Wistar대서,장기분위관찰조여대조조,매조14지。치료조조모후급여염산곡미타진관위,대조조급여생리염수관위,통과생화자동분석의대대서혈뇨소담급기항수치진행분석,수집표본,안조시제합보취측TGF-β1(전화생장인자-β1)、SOD(초양화물기화매)급MDA(병이철)인자적함량변화정황,병대잉여적신장조직상규염색,관찰조직형태학적변화,병행혈관평활기기동단백(a-SMA)면역조직학검측。결과:량조혈뇨소담급기항수치차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),염색현시대조조간질유대량람염효원섬유증생,신소구병변불명현,이관찰조신간질효원섬유양성염색면적하강비대조조저,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:염산곡미타진대서경조측신장병리손해정도비교경,Masson,s염색적효원섬유면적감소,종이설명염산곡미타진가감경신간질섬유화적작용。
Objective To analyze the preventive and therapeutic effect of trimetazidine hydrochloride QuMei anti renal interstitialfibrosis. Methods A total of 28 Wistar rats of clean grade,divided into the observation group and control group,14 rats in each group.The treatment group after the model given QuMei trimetazidine hydrochloride intragastric administration,the control group were given saline,through the numerical rat blood urea nitrogen and creatinine in automatic biochemical analyzer to analysis,collecting specimens,in accordance with the steps of measuring kit for TGF-beta 1 (transforming growth factor beta 1),SOD(superoxide dismutase enzyme) and MDA(malondialdehyde) in the change factor, and for the rest of the kidney tissue routine staining,to observe the histological changes,parallel vascular smooth muscle actin(a-SMA) learn to detect the immune tissue.Results There was no significant in two groups of blood urea nitrogen and creatinine value difference (P>0.05),staining showed that the control group has a large number of blue stained interstitial collagenfiber proliferation,glomerular lesions is not obvious,and the observation group of renal interstitial collagenfiber staining area decreased lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine trimetazidine hydrochloride obstruction kidneys of rats pathological degree relatively light,Masson s staining,collagenfiber area is reduced,thereby that trimetazidine hydrochloride can reduce renal interstitialfibrosis effect.
