目的：检测HIF－1a、Endoglin和sEng在子痫前期患者胎盘及血清中的表达，并探讨他们在子痫前期发病机制中的作用。方法：选择子痫前期病人35例，随机选取同期正常孕妇40例作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学和酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）分别检测各组胎盘组织中HIF－1 a、Endoglin的表达及母体血清中sEng的水平。结果：轻度子痫前期组血清sEng明显高于正常对照组（P＜0．05），重度子痫前期组明显高于轻度子痫前期组（P＜0．05）。轻度子痫前期组HIF－1 a和Endoglin的表达均显著高于正常对照组，重度子痫前期组均显著高于轻度子痫前期组（P＜0．05）。子痫前期组胎盘组织中HIF－1a与Endoglin及sEng的表达均呈正相关（r分别为0．859，0．895）。结论：子痫前期患者胎盘HIF－1α、Endoglin和血清sEng的表达均升高，3者可能共同参与了子痫前期发病的病理生理过程。
목적：검측HIF－1a、Endoglin화sEng재자간전기환자태반급혈청중적표체，병탐토타문재자간전기발병궤제중적작용。방법：선택자간전기병인35례，수궤선취동기정상잉부40례작위대조조。채용면역조직화학화매련면역흡부시험（ELISA）분별검측각조태반조직중HIF－1 a、Endoglin적표체급모체혈청중sEng적수평。결과：경도자간전기조혈청sEng명현고우정상대조조（P＜0．05），중도자간전기조명현고우경도자간전기조（P＜0．05）。경도자간전기조HIF－1 a화Endoglin적표체균현저고우정상대조조，중도자간전기조균현저고우경도자간전기조（P＜0．05）。자간전기조태반조직중HIF－1a여Endoglin급sEng적표체균정정상관（r분별위0．859，0．895）。결론：자간전기환자태반HIF－1α、Endoglin화혈청sEng적표체균승고，3자가능공동삼여료자간전기발병적병리생리과정。
Objective:To detect the expression of hypoxia -inducible factor-1a and Endoglin in placenta and soluble Endoglin in ser-um of preeclampsia , explore the role of them in pathogenesis of preeclampsia .Methods:35 patients with preeclampsia ( preeclampsia group) and 40 healthy pregnant women ( control group ) were selected in the same period , the level of serum seng was detected by enzyme linked Immunosorbent assay .The expression of hypoxia -inducible factor -1a and endoglin in placenta were detected by immunohisto-chemistry.Results:The levels of serum sEng in mild preeclampsia group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05), and was significantly higher in severe preeclampsia group than that in mild preeclampsia group (P<0.05).The expression of hypoxia -inducible factor-1αand Endoglin protein in placenta of mild preeclampsia group were significantly than those in control group ( P<0. 05), and was significantly higher in severe preeclampsia group than those in mild preeclampsia group (P<0.05).Positively correlation a-mong HIF-1a、Endoglin and sEng were found in study groups ( r=0.859,0.895), respectively.Conclusion:the high expression of HIF-1a、Endoglin and sEng with positively correlation in preeclampsia group , indicate they may common participant in the Pathophysiologic process of preeclampsia .
