目的:分析平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗颌面部血管瘤的临床效果。方法:将收治的100例颌面部血管瘤患者按照随机分配表的方式平均分为观察组和对照组,每组50例患者。观察组给予平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗,对照组仅给予地塞米松治疗,比较2组患者临床治疗的有效率和不良反应的发生率。结果:观察组经过治疗后,临床治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗颌面部血管瘤的临床效果优于单纯应用平阳霉素治疗颌面部血管瘤的临床效果,并且不良反应发生率低,建议广泛使用。
目的:分析平暘黴素聯閤地塞米鬆治療頜麵部血管瘤的臨床效果。方法:將收治的100例頜麵部血管瘤患者按照隨機分配錶的方式平均分為觀察組和對照組,每組50例患者。觀察組給予平暘黴素聯閤地塞米鬆治療,對照組僅給予地塞米鬆治療,比較2組患者臨床治療的有效率和不良反應的髮生率。結果:觀察組經過治療後,臨床治療的總有效率明顯高于對照組,具有統計學意義(P<0.05);觀察組的不良反應髮生率明顯低于對照組,具有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論:平暘黴素聯閤地塞米鬆治療頜麵部血管瘤的臨床效果優于單純應用平暘黴素治療頜麵部血管瘤的臨床效果,併且不良反應髮生率低,建議廣汎使用。
목적:분석평양매소연합지새미송치료합면부혈관류적림상효과。방법:장수치적100례합면부혈관류환자안조수궤분배표적방식평균분위관찰조화대조조,매조50례환자。관찰조급여평양매소연합지새미송치료,대조조부급여지새미송치료,비교2조환자림상치료적유효솔화불량반응적발생솔。결과:관찰조경과치료후,림상치료적총유효솔명현고우대조조,구유통계학의의(P<0.05);관찰조적불량반응발생솔명현저우대조조,구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:평양매소연합지새미송치료합면부혈관류적림상효과우우단순응용평양매소치료합면부혈관류적림상효과,병차불량반응발생솔저,건의엄범사용。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of pingyangmycin and dexamethasone in treatment of maxillofacial hemangioma. Methods:100 cases with maxillofacial hemangioma were divided equally into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Observation group received the treatment of pingyangmycin and dexamethasone, control group only received the treatment of dexametha-sone.Compare the therapeutic efficiency and adverse reaction rate. Results:After treatment, total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than control group, and it was statistically significant (P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of observation group was ob-viously lower than control group, and it was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of pingyangmycin and dexa-methasone is better than only dexamethasone in treatment of maxillofacial hemangioma. The adverse reaction rate is lower and it is worthy of wide use.
