目的：探讨采用解剖型锁定钢板内固定加同种异体骨植骨治疗 SchatzkerⅣ～Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的方法和临床疗效。方法：对42例SchatzkerⅣ～Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折患者采用解剖型锁定钢板固定加同种异体骨植骨。根据骨折及手术固定情况，术后早期CPM 功能锻炼或石膏外固定。结果：所有患者术后随访10～32个月（平均16个月），骨折均获骨性愈合，骨折愈合时间平均为5个月。膝关节功能参照HSS评分标准，优26例，良11例，可5例，优良率为88％。结论：解剖型锁定钢板内固定加同种异体骨植骨治疗SchatzkerⅣ～Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折具有固定稳固，膝关节早期功能恢复，并发症少等优点，临床疗效肯定。
목적：탐토채용해부형쇄정강판내고정가동충이체골식골치료 SchatzkerⅣ～Ⅵ형경골평태골절적방법화림상료효。방법：대42례SchatzkerⅣ～Ⅵ형경골평태골절환자채용해부형쇄정강판고정가동충이체골식골。근거골절급수술고정정황，술후조기CPM 공능단련혹석고외고정。결과：소유환자술후수방10～32개월（평균16개월），골절균획골성유합，골절유합시간평균위5개월。슬관절공능삼조HSS평분표준，우26례，량11례，가5례，우량솔위88％。결론：해부형쇄정강판내고정가동충이체골식골치료SchatzkerⅣ～Ⅵ형경골평태골절구유고정은고，슬관절조기공능회복，병발증소등우점，림상료효긍정。
Absrt act Obej ctive:To investigate the method and clinical effect of SchatzkerⅣ~Ⅵtibial plateau fractures in the treatment of in-ternal fixation and allograft with anatomical locking plate. Method:42 cases of SchatzkerⅣ~Ⅵtibial plateau fractures were treated with the above method.Depend on the fractures, the result of the operation and early postoperative functional exercise of CPM or plaster ex-ternal fixation.Results:All the patients were followed up for 10-32 months after the operation ( average 16 months). They were all healed and the average recovery time was 5 months.According to Knee Joint HSS Score standard , the excellent in 26 cases, the good in 11 cases, fair in 5 cases.The excellent and good rate was 88%.Conc lusion:Internal fixation and allograft with anatomical locking plate has lots of advantages ,such as stable fixation, early recovery of knee joint function, fewer complications and so on.The clinical effect is affirmative.
