针对电力线载波技术在数据传输中的应用,研究并改进了现有的基于220VAC电力线载波技术,实现了一种基于500VAC电力线载波模块,设计了基于500VAC船载数据采集传输系统,以获取海洋船载5路阻性负载的电压电流值和15路液压值,同时设计500VAC输出可控电路,以降低水下模块功耗。系统以STM32F107处理器为核心,以改进的500VAC电力线载波模块为数据收发模块,在应用上实现了船载数据采集、传输和误码率的测试。经测试,能可靠地将数据传输到上位机,满足了设计要求。
針對電力線載波技術在數據傳輸中的應用,研究併改進瞭現有的基于220VAC電力線載波技術,實現瞭一種基于500VAC電力線載波模塊,設計瞭基于500VAC船載數據採集傳輸繫統,以穫取海洋船載5路阻性負載的電壓電流值和15路液壓值,同時設計500VAC輸齣可控電路,以降低水下模塊功耗。繫統以STM32F107處理器為覈心,以改進的500VAC電力線載波模塊為數據收髮模塊,在應用上實現瞭船載數據採集、傳輸和誤碼率的測試。經測試,能可靠地將數據傳輸到上位機,滿足瞭設計要求。

In order to apply power line carrier technology to data transmission,current power line carrier technology based on 220 VAC is developed and updated by implementing power line carrier technology based on 500 VAC and a shipborne data collection and transmission based on 500 VAC is designed to collect shipborne five resistive load voltage and current values and fifteen hydraulic values,while the 500 VAC output control circuitry is designed to reduce underwater module power consumption. System mainly consists of STM32F107 processor and the improved 500 VAC power line carrier modules,which serves as data transceiver modules,and realizes the shipborne data collection and transmission and bit error rate testing in application layer. The communication test show that the data can be transmitted to the human-computer interaction platform in reliability,which can met the requirement of design.
