采用外测法测量弹丸炮口初速的方法无法在光线不足等恶劣的天气环境情况下精确测量,并且结构复杂、体积大、操作不便、无法为后续弹道制导提供初始参数。针对上述问题,提出一种应用内测法的测量方法,该方法利用磁阻传感器与线圈靶相结合方法来实时测量弹丸炮口初速。首先介绍了系统的测速原理,然后构建了系统的总体方案,搭建了硬件电路和设计了相应的软件,最后进行了实验验证。实验结果表明:炮口测速系统测量是可靠的,其最大相对误差不超过0.2%。

External measurement method for muzzle velocity of projectile measuring cannot measure accurately in severe weather environment such as low light and structure is complicated,volume is big,operation is inconvenient,and can’t be used as initial parameters for subsequent trajectory guidance. Aiming at the problems, a new measurement method using test method is put forward,magnetoresistive sensor and coil target combination method to real-time measure projectile muzzle velocity. Firstly,introduce speed measuring principle of the system is introduced,and then build overall scheme of the system,set up hardware circuit and design corresponding software. Finally,experimental verification is carried out. Experimental result show that muzzle velocity measurement system is reliable and the maximal relative error is less than 0. 2%.
