通过对矿工程专业“井巷工程”课程“协同式任务导向教学模式”的实践和探索，笔者认识到，培养适应现代煤炭企业的采矿工程高等技术人才，必须立足课堂教学，充分调动学生学习的主观能动性，让学生真正成为学习的“主角”，让教师成为真正的“授业解惑者”。
통과대광공정전업“정항공정”과정“협동식임무도향교학모식”적실천화탐색，필자인식도，배양괄응현대매탄기업적채광공정고등기술인재，필수립족과당교학，충분조동학생학습적주관능동성，양학생진정성위학습적“주각”，양교사성위진정적“수업해혹자”。
Based on practice and exploration of the "collaborative task-oriented teaching mode" of "shaft engineering" course in mine engineering, the author realizes that the cultivation of higher technical talents in mining engineering of modern coal enterprises must be based on classroom teaching, fully mobilize students' subjective initiative, let the students really become the "leading role" in learning, and teachers become the real"who have lessons".
