根据《中共中央关于加强党的执政能力建设的决定》的相关内容可知，在企业改革发展中加强党组织的能力建设，对于提高企业市场竞争力、促进企业生产力不断创新具有重要意义。现代化建设中，企业想要长远发展，就必须加强党组织能力建设，才能使党的凝聚力、创造力和战斗力不断增强，从而为增强我国综合国力提供有力支持。本文就企业改革发展中加强党组织的能力建设的几个方面进行分析和探讨，以为企业思想政治工作不断推进提供可参考依据。

According to the related content of Decision on Strengthening the Party's Ruling Ability Construction by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, it has important significance to strengthen the capacity construction of Party organization in the reform and development of enterprise for improving the market competitiveness of enterprise and promoting the innovation of enterprise's productivity. In modernization construction, the capacity construction of the Party organization must be strengthened to get the long-term development for enterprise and continually strengthen the Party's cohesion, creativity and combat effectiveness, so as to provide strong support for enhancing China's comprehensive national strength. This paper analyzes and discusses several aspects of strengthening the capacity construction of Party organization in the reform and development of enterprise to provide references for the continuous improvement of enterprise's ideological and political work.
