新能源汽车是我国重点发展的战略性新兴产业之一，江苏新能源汽车产业发展具有较好的产业基础，部分产品和技术居全国领先水平，创新平台及科技载体建设日趋完善，但同时也存在核心竞争力不强、企业研发投入不足、推广应用成效不明显等问题。在深入分析产业现状及问题的基础上，本文从多个方面就如何促进下阶段江苏新能源汽车产业创新发展提出了针对性的政策建议。

New energy vehicle industry is one of the most important strategic new industries in China. Jiangsu has good industrial bases in new energy vehicle, some products and technology are in the leading level in China and the construction for innovation platform and supporter of science and technology is more and more perfect. But there are also some problems, for instance, the core competitiveness is not strong, the investment of R&D expenditure is low, and application effect is not obvious. Based on the analysis of status and problems, the paper researches the specific countermeasure on how to promote the innovation development level of Jiangsu new energy vehicle industry.
