实际生产过程中要保证安全混输就不能一味降低掺水量、温度或压力,需要注意他们之间的匹配关系,综合分析掺水量、温度和压力对总运行费用的影响。三相流环状集输管网运行费用的研究是通过环状集输管网的物理模型、管内油气水三相流之间的温降模型,建立以降低管道运行费用为目标函数的数学模型。分析了掺水量、温度和压力与总运行费用之间的变化关系,找到了掺水量为影响运行费用的主要因素,掺水温度次之,掺水压力影响最小,而且得到管道总运行费用的最优方案。

In the process of practical production ,it can not just through reducing water volume , water temperature or water pressure to ensure safety .It also needs to pay attention to the matching relationship between them and the comprehensive analysis of the influence of water volume ,water temperature and water pressure on the total operation cost .The study established a mathematical model to reduce operation cost as objective function , through the circular gathering pipe network physical model ,temperature drop between oil‐gas‐water three‐phase flow models .The water volume ,water temperature ,and the change of relationship between water pressure and total operation cost were analyzed .The water volume is found out to be the main factor to influence the operation cost ,water temperature the second ,water pressure the last . The optimal solution of the total cost of pipeline is also obtained .The operation cost research of the three‐phase flow in circular gathering pipeline network not only makes the theoretical research more close to reality ,but also provides a theoretical support for the circular gathering and transferring the cost of the pipe network calculation .
