宽幅数码喷墨印花机是一种典型的机电一体化设备，其字车机构是印花机中最为重要的运动机构。为提高宽幅数码喷墨印花机的印花速度，提出一种增加字车数量的双字车运动方案。通过对双字车机构建立运动方程，并根据实际生产情况赋予各运动参数，得到双字车机构单循环运动所用时间。对比单字车机构的运动和收益情况可以看出，双字车机构在提高速度和增加效益上具有明显优势，具有很强的实效性。

The moving carriage is one of the most important parts of the wide‐format digital inkjet printers , which are typical electro‐mechanical integration equipments . The Double‐carriage controlling mechanism was designed to improve the printing speed .With the motion equations and parameters based on the actual production ,the time taken by the double‐carriage to move in a single cycle could be calculated . Compared with the common machines , the advantage in improving the speed and increasing the production efficiency could be seen obviously .The design also has great actual effectiveness .
