为保证堤防道路满足实际需要，分析了堤防道路的功能发展进程，根据堤防道路主要功能、堤防工程级别、道路所在区位以及与地方道路网的联系，将堤防道路分为防汛性、综合性、交通性和景观性等4类；参考堤防工程的级别和交通量，将堤防道路的建设标准分为2个或3个等级；构建了堤防道路分类分级体系。
為保證隄防道路滿足實際需要，分析瞭隄防道路的功能髮展進程，根據隄防道路主要功能、隄防工程級彆、道路所在區位以及與地方道路網的聯繫，將隄防道路分為防汛性、綜閤性、交通性和景觀性等4類；參攷隄防工程的級彆和交通量，將隄防道路的建設標準分為2箇或3箇等級；構建瞭隄防道路分類分級體繫。
위보증제방도로만족실제수요，분석료제방도로적공능발전진정，근거제방도로주요공능、제방공정급별、도로소재구위이급여지방도로망적련계，장제방도로분위방신성、종합성、교통성화경관성등4류；삼고제방공정적급별화교통량，장제방도로적건설표준분위2개혹3개등급；구건료제방도로분류분급체계。
In this paper, we analyze the function of the levee road in order to ensure that it meets the actual needs of the development process. Levee road can be divided into four categories:flood control road, comprehensive road, traffic road, and landscape road. These four categories are proposed according to the main functions of the levee road, the level of levee project, the location where roads lie, and the relationship between it and local road network. Additionally, regarding to the level of dike and traffic volume, the levee road construction' s standards can be divided into two or three levels. Finally, we proposed a classification and grading system of levee road.
