采用酶抑制法测定50种有机磷农药的检出限,并进行酶活性减退试验,结果表明:(1)敌敌畏和对氧磷的检出限较低,速灭磷、二溴磷、喹硫磷、敌百虫、辛硫磷、除线磷、甲胺磷和甲基毒死蜱的检出限相对较高,其它40种农药的检出限更高;(2)配制好的酶在9℃的冰箱中保存,其活性并不随着时间的推移而降低,但是每天测试的酶活性都有一定差别;(3)用酶抑制法测定农药残留重现性不好;(4)与酶、显色剂和底物反应的提取液的浓度影响酶抑制法测定农残的结果。
採用酶抑製法測定50種有機燐農藥的檢齣限,併進行酶活性減退試驗,結果錶明:(1)敵敵畏和對氧燐的檢齣限較低,速滅燐、二溴燐、喹硫燐、敵百蟲、辛硫燐、除線燐、甲胺燐和甲基毒死蜱的檢齣限相對較高,其它40種農藥的檢齣限更高;(2)配製好的酶在9℃的冰箱中保存,其活性併不隨著時間的推移而降低,但是每天測試的酶活性都有一定差彆;(3)用酶抑製法測定農藥殘留重現性不好;(4)與酶、顯色劑和底物反應的提取液的濃度影響酶抑製法測定農殘的結果。
채용매억제법측정50충유궤린농약적검출한,병진행매활성감퇴시험,결과표명:(1)활활외화대양린적검출한교저,속멸린、이추린、규류린、활백충、신류린、제선린、갑알린화갑기독사비적검출한상대교고,기타40충농약적검출한경고;(2)배제호적매재9℃적빙상중보존,기활성병불수착시간적추이이강저,단시매천측시적매활성도유일정차별;(3)용매억제법측정농약잔류중현성불호;(4)여매、현색제화저물반응적제취액적농도영향매억제법측정농잔적결과。
The detection limits of 50 organophosphate pesticides were determined by means of enzyme inhibition method, and the impairment test of enzyme activity was also done. The results showed:The detection limits of DDVP and paraoxon were low? the detection limits of mevinphos, dibrom, quinalphos, dipterex, phoxim, dichlofenthion, methamidophos, and chlorpyrifos-methyl were relatively higher?the detection limits of the others were much higher. It was also found that the activity of the made-up enzyme stored in refrigerator with -9℃temperature didn’t reduce as time went by, and in every test, the activity of the enzyme had certain difference. At last, the repeatability of the determination of pesticides was bad when tested by means of enzyme inhibition method, and the determination results were also influenced by the concentration of the extracts which reacted with enzyme, chromogenic agent and substrates.
