本文建立了可用于婴幼儿配方乳粉中13种邻苯二甲酸酯类环境激素测定的超高效液相色谱-二极管阵列紫外检测器分析方法.样品经甲醇饱和正己烷超声提取、柱分离富集与净化后,以乙腈和水为流动相进行梯度洗脱.所检测的13种邻苯二甲酸酯的线性范围为0.5-50 mg/L,检测下限在0.05-0.4 mg/L之间,加标回收率为92-102%,相对标准偏差均小于10%,该方法操作简便、分析时间短、灵敏度高,适用于婴幼儿配方乳粉中邻苯二甲酸酯的筛查分析.

A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of thirteen phthalate esters in powderedformulas for infants and young children by ultra performance liquid chromatography -photo -diode array.Sampleswere extracted with methanol saturated by n -hexane in an ultrasonic field, cleaned up by refrigeratedcentrifugation,and then the supernatant was cleaned by 0.2 μm hydrophobic membranes.The target analytes wereseparated on an HSST3 column with gradient elution using acetonitrile and water as mobile phases.Theidentification and quantification were achieved by using photo -diode array detector.Linear ranges of thirteenphthalate esters were from 0.5 to 50 mg /L.Limits of detection were in the range of 0.05 -0.4 mg/L.Theaverage recoveries of the method were from 92% to 102%.The relative standard deviations were less than 10%.The method is simple,sensitive and rapid.It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of thirteen phthalateesters in powdered formulas for infants and young children.
