基于紧张减缓理论视角,以203对上级-下属配对数据作为样本,分析互动公平感对员工进谏上司的影响及心理压力的中介效应和员工的传统性的调节效应。结果表明:员工的互动公平感对其进谏上司有积极影响;互动公平感通过心理压力的部分中介效应影响员工进谏上司;员工的传统性对互动公平感与心理压力之间的关系有调节作用,员工的传统性越高,互动公平感对心理压力的消极作用就越大。

This paper examines the link between interactional justice and speaking up by focusing on the mediating role of psychological pressure and the moderating role of employees'tranditionality .Results from 203 supervisors-follower pairs show that interactional justice is positively and significantly related to follower's speaking up , and that relationship is partially me-diated by psychological pressure;it also found that employees'tranditionality moderates the relationship between interactional justice and psychological pressure , such that interactional justice will have a stronger negative effect on psychological pres -sure for those with high tranditionality than those with low tranditionality .
