在分析校企合作创新网络系统构成要素的基础上,从直接和间接信任度构建校企信任模式结构,建立了能够刻画校企合作创新网络信任与知识转移的演化关系的因果关系图与系统动力学模型。并用系统动力学建模软件Vensim实现了该模型,对模型有效性及灵敏性进行了验证,仿真结果表明:高校对企业的信任受多重因素的影响,呈波动上升趋势;信任度与知识转移量正相关,提高信任度可以显著增加知识转移量。

Based on the analysis of the components of school-enterprise cooperative innovation network , two-dimensional trust mode contain of direct trust degree and indirect trust degree , a causal graph and a system dynamical model , which could describe the development of school-enterprise cooperative innovation network were built .The system dynamical model was realized by software tool Vensim , following by simulation analysis and model validation and sensitivity test .The simula-tion results show that trust of school-enterprise cooperative innovation network is affected by multiple factors , changing in the form of ascendant curves , trust has significant effects on knowledge transfer , and the improvement of trust helps the increase of knowledge transfer .
