为实现“大运行”体系建设的目标,各级调控中心需要实现调控一体化运行管理模式,并建立相应的调度控制技术支撑功能。从调控一体业务需求出发,文中提出了变电站集中监控功能体系结构,采用智能电网调度控制系统基础平台功能扩展、告警信息分层分级处理、告警直传与远程浏览、光字间隔图、设备安全遥控等关键技术,在智能电网调度控制系统基础平台上实现了一体化的变电站集中监控功能。研究成果已在国、分、省、地等各级调控中心成功应用。

In order to realize the construction obj ective of‘great operation architecture”,it is necessary for all of the dispatching control centers including their branches to adopt the integrated mode of dispatching and control and have the centralized substation monitoring functions. According to the integration requirements of dispatching and control functions, the architecture of centralized substation monitoring functions and some key technologies are provided,such as the function extension of smart grid dispatching and control systems platform,warning message shunt stratification,alert uploading and remote browsing,light word bay map and security remote control based on smart grid dispatching and control systems.The successful performance of the centralized substation monitoring functions based on the smart grid dispatching and control systems platform has enabled its application in many a domestic dispatching and control center.
