Decision making mechanism and effect of the owner’s organization in project management process has the vital significance on the control and implementation of project’s objectives. This paper analyzes from the management features and particularity of integrated construction projects with multiple investments,combs the principles of designing organization. On the basis,analyzes and formats its organizational decision making mechanism and coordination mechanism.
