在智能电网调度控制系统整体框架下,以电力调度工作流作为流程描述规范,E 语言文件作为数据交互载体,消息邮件作为数据交互工具,以调控运行管理需求为导向,设计研发运行管理系统的横纵向多级立体式互联互通框架。应用所述框架,实现调控机构纵向业务流程贯通和跨安全区的横向业务融合,从而实现业务流程完整的、闭环的一体化运作,并且实现与大检修管理系统的横向数据共享。
在智能電網調度控製繫統整體框架下,以電力調度工作流作為流程描述規範,E 語言文件作為數據交互載體,消息郵件作為數據交互工具,以調控運行管理需求為導嚮,設計研髮運行管理繫統的橫縱嚮多級立體式互聯互通框架。應用所述框架,實現調控機構縱嚮業務流程貫通和跨安全區的橫嚮業務融閤,從而實現業務流程完整的、閉環的一體化運作,併且實現與大檢脩管理繫統的橫嚮數據共享。

In the overall framework of smart grid dispatching and control systems,a vertical multistage three-dimensional interconnection framework of the operation management system (OMS) is designed and developed with electric power dispatching workflow as the process describing specification,E language file as the data interactive carrier,message mail as data interactive tools,and the operation and management of demand as the guidance.By using the framework,the longitudinal operation process of the dispatching mechanism and trans-safety zone horizontal operation integration are realized,so as to achieve intact,closed-loop,and integral operation while realizing horizontal data sharing with the management and maintenance system (PMS).
