简述了中国当前特高压电网快速发展对调度计划提出的要求。结合未来对特高压大电网一体化调度计划的实际需求和现有调度计划的运行现状,提出了基于面向服务的体系架构(SOA)的一体化调度计划辅助决策体系架构。设计了一体化调度计划辅助决策服务集。研究了一体化调度计划辅助决策关键技术,并展望了一体化调度计划辅助决策的发展方向。

The requirements made on the dispatch scheduling system by the current rapid development of ultra-high voltage (UHV) power grids in China are elaborated.By referring to the actual demand for the UHV power grid integrated dispatch scheduling in future and the status quo of the dispatch scheduling available,a service-oriented architecture (SOA) based auxiliary decision-making system of integrated dispatch scheduling is proposed,and an integrated dispatch scheduling auxiliary decision-making service set is designed.The corresponding key technologies are researched,and the prospects for the integrated auxiliary decision-making system proposed.
