在智能电网调度控制系统中，为了实现调度控制系统的横向集成、纵向贯通，针对业务协同和数据共享对数据传输提出的高效实时、安全可靠、跨区跨级传输等要求，提出了数据总线技术。该技术通过对工业总线技术、中间件技术、订阅/发布策略等进行融合、扩展，实现了横向跨区的数据传输，同时支持各级调控中心之间的数据交互。数据总线技术已应用于智能电网调度控制系统，并实现了国调、“三华”等多级调度的部署运行。实践证明，数据总线技术能够较好地满足智能电网调度控制系统的数据传输需要，保障电网调度控制系统的安全稳定运行。

In order to realize the horizontal integration and longitudinal penetration in the smart grid dispatching control system, a new data bus is proposed according to data transmission requirements such as safety and reliability,efficiency and real-time transregional and translevel transmission.Data bus technology is based on the integration and expansion of industrial bus technology,middleware technology,and subscribe/publish strategy in realizing horizontal transregional data transmission while supporting data interaction at all levels of the dispatching center.Data bus technology has been applied to the smart grid dispatching control system in achieving multistage scheduling deployment operation of the state power dispatching control center in East China,North China,and Central China.It is proved in practice that data bus technology is able to satisfy the data transmission needs of smart grid dispatching control systems and ensure safe and stable operation of smart grid dispatching and control systems.
