[目的]制订全面的外科手术病人术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)风险评估表，更加准确地预测术后 DVT 高危风险病人，及早做好预防。[方法]参考目前正在使用的评估表并结合国内外文献编制，经专家评议、论证形成最终评估表。[结果]术前对手术病人进行静脉血栓风险评估，根据评估结果采取相应预防措施。[结论]深静脉血栓形成风险评估表科学、全面、可操作性强。
[目的]製訂全麵的外科手術病人術後下肢深靜脈血栓形成(DVT)風險評估錶，更加準確地預測術後 DVT 高危風險病人，及早做好預防。[方法]參攷目前正在使用的評估錶併結閤國內外文獻編製，經專傢評議、論證形成最終評估錶。[結果]術前對手術病人進行靜脈血栓風險評估，根據評估結果採取相應預防措施。[結論]深靜脈血栓形成風險評估錶科學、全麵、可操作性彊。
[목적]제정전면적외과수술병인술후하지심정맥혈전형성(DVT)풍험평고표，경가준학지예측술후 DVT 고위풍험병인，급조주호예방。[방법]삼고목전정재사용적평고표병결합국내외문헌편제，경전가평의、론증형성최종평고표。[결과]술전대수술병인진행정맥혈전풍험평고，근거평고결과채취상응예방조시。[결론]심정맥혈전형성풍험평고표과학、전면、가조작성강。
Objective:To develop a comprehensive risk assessment form of deep venous thrombosis (DVT)in lower extremity in surgical patients after operation,so as to more accurately predict the postoperative DVT high risk patients and early to prevent.Methods:The scale refered to evaluation form currently being used and com-bined to the preparation of domestic and foreign literatures,the final evaluation form was developed through re-viewing and demonstrating by experts.Results:Preoperative venous thrombosis risk assessment was carried out for surgical patients,and appropriate preventive measures can be taken based on the assessment results.Conclu-sion:Risk assessment form of deep venous thrombosis was scientific,comprehensive and had strong operability.
