目的：分析中西医结合治疗肛肠科术后肛门痛痒的临床效果。方法86例肛肠术后肛门痛痒患者，采用数字随机分配法分为治疗组(43例)和对照组(43例)，对照组采取单纯西医治疗，治疗组予以中西医结合治疗，分析两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为95.3%，对照组总有效率为81.4%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组生活质量评分高于对照组，疼痛评分少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，治疗期间无严重不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗术后肛门痛痒效果确切，可明显减轻患者瘙痒症，减轻疼痛，对提高患者的生活质量起到积极的促进作用。
목적：분석중서의결합치료항장과술후항문통양적림상효과。방법86례항장술후항문통양환자，채용수자수궤분배법분위치료조(43례)화대조조(43례)，대조조채취단순서의치료，치료조여이중서의결합치료，분석량조환자치료효과。결과치료조총유효솔위95.3%，대조조총유효솔위81.4%，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。치료조생활질량평분고우대조조，동통평분소우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)，치료기간무엄중불량반응。결론중서의결합치료술후항문통양효과학절，가명현감경환자소양증，감경동통，대제고환자적생활질량기도적겁적촉진작용。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of anorectal postoperative anal pain and itch.Methods A total of 86 patients with anorectal postoperative anal pain and itch were divided into treatment group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases), according to digital random distribution method. The treatment group received treatment by integrated Chinese and Western medicines, while the control group was treated by Western medicine alone. The curative effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.3%, and that of the control group was 81.4%. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Quality of life score in the treatment group was better than the control group, and the pain score was also lower than the control group the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). There were no severe adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion The treatment by integrated Chinese and Western medicines has precise effect in reducing pain and itch and improving life quality of patients.
