利用PLC控制技术,提出了手动倒角机的自动化改造的总体方案,给出了机床控制系统的硬软件设计。该系统以PLC为控制器,利用伺服电机控制进给轴,通过调整电动刀架上刀柄的长度及自动换刀,实现在二维平面内的位置控制。编制相应的加工程序,实现了机床的自动化倒角,从而实现工件的自动化加工。

Based on PLC control technology, an automatic reconstruction planning of manual chamfering machine tool was proposed. The software and hardware design of the machine tool control system were given. With PLC as the controller, the axis feeding was regulated by servo motor. Through adjusting the length of tool shank on the electric tool holder and automatic tool changing, the position control in the two-dimensional plane was achieved. The automatic chamfering was realized by the corresponding pro?cessing program so as to realize the automatic machining of work pieces.
