依据国家标准GB/T18972-2003《旅游资源分类、调查与评价》，对三亚市旅游资源的数量、类型和质量进行了全面系统的调查和分析；从空间范围上将三亚市旅游资源划分为东部热带滨海旅游区、城市旅游区、西部文化旅游区和北部乡村旅游区四大区域，引用基尼系数分析得出区域内优良旅游资源单体相对集中，最后归纳提炼出三亚市旅游资源的优劣势，为其旅游资源开发与保护提供科学的参考依据。
의거국가표준GB/T18972-2003《여유자원분류、조사여평개》，대삼아시여유자원적수량、류형화질량진행료전면계통적조사화분석；종공간범위상장삼아시여유자원화분위동부열대빈해여유구、성시여유구、서부문화여유구화북부향촌여유구사대구역，인용기니계수분석득출구역내우량여유자원단체상대집중，최후귀납제련출삼아시여유자원적우열세，위기여유자원개발여보호제공과학적삼고의거。
Based on national standards GB/T18972-2003,"the classification, investigation and evaluation of tourism re?source", a comprehensive, systematic investigation and analysis of the number, type and quality of tourism resources in San?ya are conducted. The tourist area of Sanya city were divided into four regions from the space, they are eastern tropical coast?al tourist area,city tourism district, western cultural tourism zone and northern rural tourism area. The analysis by quoting Gi?ni coefficient shows that area of fine tourism resources monomer is relatively concentrated. Finally, the advantages and disad?vantages of tourism resources in Sanya city were summarized, for the scientific reference of its deep development of tourism.
