利用微波法分别一步合成谷氨酸氟硼酸离子液体和谷氨酸对甲苯磺酸离子液体,并应用到乙酸正丁酯酯化反应中。通过一系列平行反应研究了催化剂种类、催化剂质量、反应时间对酯化反应的影响。实验结果表明,以乙酸、正丁醇为原料,谷氨酸对甲苯磺酸离子液体催化效果最好,可替代硫酸、对甲苯磺酸等强酸。最佳反应条件为:醇酸物质的量的比为1∶1,催化剂质量为醋酸质量的1.3%,反应时间为45 m in ,酯化率可达到78.51%。
利用微波法分彆一步閤成穀氨痠氟硼痠離子液體和穀氨痠對甲苯磺痠離子液體,併應用到乙痠正丁酯酯化反應中。通過一繫列平行反應研究瞭催化劑種類、催化劑質量、反應時間對酯化反應的影響。實驗結果錶明,以乙痠、正丁醇為原料,穀氨痠對甲苯磺痠離子液體催化效果最好,可替代硫痠、對甲苯磺痠等彊痠。最佳反應條件為:醇痠物質的量的比為1∶1,催化劑質量為醋痠質量的1.3%,反應時間為45 m in ,酯化率可達到78.51%。

The glutamic tetrofluoroborate and glutamic p‐Toluene sulfonicate ionic liquids were synthesized via a facile and fast microwave assisted method in one step ,which were applied to the esterification reaction of prepartion of n‐butyl acetate .Through a series of parallel experiments , the effects of kind and mass of catalyst , and reaction time on esterification reaction were investigated .The experimental results show that the glutamic p‐toluene sulfonicate ionic liquid exhibits best performance ,which may take the place of sulfuric and p‐toluene sulfonic acids .The optimization conditions of the reaction are :the molar ratio of n‐butyl alcohol and acetic acid=1∶1 ,the mass ratio of catalyst and acetic acid =1.3 :100 ,and reaction for 45 min ,finally ,the es‐terification ratio may reach 78.51% .
