用高温固相法制备了 Li6 SrLa2 Nb2 O12:Pr3+,并通过 X射线衍射仪及荧光光谱仪分析了其结构和发光性质.结果表明:激发光谱出现 NbO7-6吸收和Pr3+的4f→4f 5d激发跃迁;发射光谱出现强的绿光发射,其峰值位于491 nm,同时在610 nm处有弱的红光发射,这两种发射分别属于 Pr3+的3 P0→3 H4和1 D2→3 H4的电荷跃迁.Pr3+在 Li6 SrLa2 Nb2 O12:Pr3+中的最佳掺杂浓度为0.5 mol%.
用高溫固相法製備瞭 Li6 SrLa2 Nb2 O12:Pr3+,併通過 X射線衍射儀及熒光光譜儀分析瞭其結構和髮光性質.結果錶明:激髮光譜齣現 NbO7-6吸收和Pr3+的4f→4f 5d激髮躍遷;髮射光譜齣現彊的綠光髮射,其峰值位于491 nm,同時在610 nm處有弱的紅光髮射,這兩種髮射分彆屬于 Pr3+的3 P0→3 H4和1 D2→3 H4的電荷躍遷.Pr3+在 Li6 SrLa2 Nb2 O12:Pr3+中的最佳摻雜濃度為0.5 mol%.
용고온고상법제비료 Li6 SrLa2 Nb2 O12:Pr3+,병통과 X사선연사의급형광광보의분석료기결구화발광성질.결과표명:격발광보출현 NbO7-6흡수화Pr3+적4f→4f 5d격발약천;발사광보출현강적록광발사,기봉치위우491 nm,동시재610 nm처유약적홍광발사,저량충발사분별속우 Pr3+적3 P0→3 H4화1 D2→3 H4적전하약천.Pr3+재 Li6 SrLa2 Nb2 O12:Pr3+중적최가참잡농도위0.5 mol%.
Li6 SrLa2 Nb2 O12:Pr3+was prepared by the high-temperature solid-state method,which the inorganic crystal structure and the photoluminescence properties were investigated by means of X ray diffractometer and fluorescence spectrophotometer.The results showed that the excitation spectrum consisted of two bands corre-sponded to the charger transfer transition of NbO7-6 complex and the 4f→ 4f 5d transition of Pr3+.The emission spectrum showed a strong green emission peak at 491 nm and a weak red emission peak at 610 nm, the two emission peaks originated from the 3 P0→ 3 H4 and 1 D2→ 3 H4 transitions of Pr3+,respectively.The optimal doping concentration of Pr3+ in Li6 SrLa2 Nb2 O12 is 0.5 mol%.
