多孔材料的宏观力学性能同时受到构成材料的力学特性和细观孔洞构造特征的影响。在前人对多孔材料力学性能和等效弹性模量研究的基础上,文中着重对多孔材料等效刚度的影响因素和微铣削加工过程稳定性展开分析研究。研究结果表明:多孔材料的刚度与构成材料单元胞的胞壁长度及厚度密切相关,等效刚度随胞壁厚度增加而增大、随胞壁长度的增大而减小;材料刚度直接影响微铣削加工稳定性,刚度大稳定铣削区域变大。此外加工稳定性还受固有频率、阻尼率等因素的影响。该研究为进一步分析多孔材料微铣削加工稳定性提供了理论依据。

The macro-mechanical properties of porous materials are simultaneously affected by the properties of constituents and the hole structure.Based on the previous researchs on macro-mechanical properties and the e-quivalent elastic modulus of porous materials, this paper has focused on the influence factors of equivalent stiff-ness and the micro-milling stability of porous materials.Study shows that the stiffness is closely interrelated to the length and thickness of unit cell wall of porous materials.Stiffness will improve while the thickness increases and length decreases.Stiffness of materials directly affects the micro-milling stability lobes diagram.The stable region will grow if the stiffness increases.In addition,the stable region is also affected by factors such as natural fre-quency, damping ratio and so on.This study provides a theoretical basis for further analysis on micro-milling sta-bility of porous materials.
