目的：探讨严重低血钾肿瘤患者的药学监护模式。方法临床药师参与1例严重低血钾肿瘤患者的会诊，从患者发生严重低血钾的原因、治疗和药学监护等方面进行综合分析。结果临床药师在临床疾病的治疗进程中，对协助医师合理用药发挥了一定作用，所提出的会诊意见和建议得到了临床认可。结论临床药师参与临床查房和会诊，对提高临床诊疗水平及保障患者用药安全具有极大的帮助和促进作用。
目的：探討嚴重低血鉀腫瘤患者的藥學鑑護模式。方法臨床藥師參與1例嚴重低血鉀腫瘤患者的會診，從患者髮生嚴重低血鉀的原因、治療和藥學鑑護等方麵進行綜閤分析。結果臨床藥師在臨床疾病的治療進程中，對協助醫師閤理用藥髮揮瞭一定作用，所提齣的會診意見和建議得到瞭臨床認可。結論臨床藥師參與臨床查房和會診，對提高臨床診療水平及保障患者用藥安全具有極大的幫助和促進作用。
목적：탐토엄중저혈갑종류환자적약학감호모식。방법림상약사삼여1례엄중저혈갑종류환자적회진，종환자발생엄중저혈갑적원인、치료화약학감호등방면진행종합분석。결과림상약사재림상질병적치료진정중，대협조의사합리용약발휘료일정작용，소제출적회진의견화건의득도료림상인가。결론림상약사삼여림상사방화회진，대제고림상진료수평급보장환자용약안전구유겁대적방조화촉진작용。
Objective To investigate the model of pharmaceutical care for cancer patients with severe hypokalemia. Methods Pharmacists participated in the clinical consultation for a cancer patient with severe hypokalemia, and made comprehensive analysis from aspects of the pathogeny, the treatment and pharmaceutical care Results The clinical phar-macists played a role in assisting doctors in rational use of drugs during the clinical treatment. Suggestions and consultations were adopted by the clinic. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists could promote the level of clinical treatment and contribute to the guarantee of medication safety by participating in the clinical round and consultation.
