了解豫灵土壤污染现状和筛选重金属富集植物对污染土壤进行修复,采用火焰原子吸收光度法对豫灵冶炼厂周边土壤中重金属含量进行了测定,并对7种植物铅、镉的吸收和富集能力进行了研究,结果表明:豫灵冶炼厂周边土壤中Pb、Cd的含量严重超标,分别为821.574mg/kg和62.207mg/kg。采集的7种植物样品对Pb、Cd的吸收能力存在明显差异,苦荬菜、茵陈蒿和播娘蒿对Pb、Cd的吸收能力均较强,植物体内Pb的含量分别为423.95、358.275和303.5mg/kg,Cd的含量分别为54.60、49.425、55.175mg/kg。茵陈蒿和播娘蒿属于杂草,适应性强,利用其对矿区土壤进行修复,不经人工干预即可正常生长,成本较低,因此可作为该污染区土壤修复的选择物种。
瞭解豫靈土壤汙染現狀和篩選重金屬富集植物對汙染土壤進行脩複,採用火燄原子吸收光度法對豫靈冶煉廠週邊土壤中重金屬含量進行瞭測定,併對7種植物鉛、鎘的吸收和富集能力進行瞭研究,結果錶明:豫靈冶煉廠週邊土壤中Pb、Cd的含量嚴重超標,分彆為821.574mg/kg和62.207mg/kg。採集的7種植物樣品對Pb、Cd的吸收能力存在明顯差異,苦荬菜、茵陳蒿和播孃蒿對Pb、Cd的吸收能力均較彊,植物體內Pb的含量分彆為423.95、358.275和303.5mg/kg,Cd的含量分彆為54.60、49.425、55.175mg/kg。茵陳蒿和播孃蒿屬于雜草,適應性彊,利用其對礦區土壤進行脩複,不經人工榦預即可正常生長,成本較低,因此可作為該汙染區土壤脩複的選擇物種。

To understand the present situation of soil pollution and select hyperaccumulator to repair the soil,the heavy metal content in contaminated soils around the Yuling smeltery was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry,and Pb,Cd absorption and enrichment capability of seven plants were studied,the results showed that the contents of heavy metals in soils around the smeltery exceeded bid badly,the content of Pb,Cd in soil were 821.574 mg/kg and 62.207 mg/kg.The Pb,Cd absorption capacity of seven plant samples collected existed obvious difference, the Pb, Cd absorbing ability of Sonchus oleraceus,Artemisia argyi H.Lév.&Vaniot and D. sophia (L.)Webb is stronger,the content of Pb in plants were 423.95,358.275 and 303.5 mg/kg and the content of Cd were 54.60,49.425 and 55.175 mg/kg respectively.They belong to weeds and can adapt to enviroment strongly and can grow normally without human intervention,thus can be chosen as the hyperaccumulator of contaminated soil.
