针对鄱阳湖水环境信息化管理的迫切需求,设计并实现了鄱阳湖水环境信息管理系统,包括Web端子系统和移动端子系统。Web端主要采用ArcGIS API for Flex开发,基于Model Builder工具以及GP服务,采用反距离权重和克里金算法,实现了水质水位空间插值;利用线性权重法、简单平均法、指数平滑法建立了水质水位预测模型,通过调用WebService实现了水质水位的预测;移动端主要采用ArcGIS API for Android开发,利用移动手机定位技术获取地理位置,并利用WebService实现相关数据的上传。系统可以为鄱阳湖水环境信息的管理提供强有力的技术支撑,对相关系统的开发具有参考价值。
針對鄱暘湖水環境信息化管理的迫切需求,設計併實現瞭鄱暘湖水環境信息管理繫統,包括Web耑子繫統和移動耑子繫統。Web耑主要採用ArcGIS API for Flex開髮,基于Model Builder工具以及GP服務,採用反距離權重和剋裏金算法,實現瞭水質水位空間插值;利用線性權重法、簡單平均法、指數平滑法建立瞭水質水位預測模型,通過調用WebService實現瞭水質水位的預測;移動耑主要採用ArcGIS API for Android開髮,利用移動手機定位技術穫取地理位置,併利用WebService實現相關數據的上傳。繫統可以為鄱暘湖水環境信息的管理提供彊有力的技術支撐,對相關繫統的開髮具有參攷價值。

Responded to the urgent need of water environment information management of Poyang Lake,Poyang Lake water environment information management system was designed and developed. The system comprised two subsystems of Web-side and mobile-side. Web-side was mainly developed by ArcGIS API for Flex. Based on Model Builder tools and GP services,and adopted models of inverse distance weighted and kriging to achieve the spatial in-terpolation of water quality and water level. Used the linear weighting methods,simple average methods and expo-nential smoothing methods to establish prediction models,and achieved the predictions of water quality and water level by calling WebService. Mobile-side was mainly developed by ArcGIS API for Android. Adopted mobile phone positioning technology to obtain geographical position data,and achieved the relevant data uploading by calling WebService. The system could provide strong technical support for water environment information management of Poyang Lake,and it has reference value for the development of related systems.
