运用WTO I-TIP application 中2001~2012年间木质林产品反倾销的相关数据和 UN Comtrade的木质林产品进出口数据对中国木质林产品反倾销的涉案现状及其遭遇的反倾销强度展开分析。研究结果表明：2001~2012年间中国主要木质林产品遭受反倾销调查与制裁的强度指数基本上都很高,甚至远超过1,中国木质林产品相对其在世界出口市场份额很强烈地受到反倾销行为的影响；刚加入WTO时中国主要木质林产品遭遇的反倾销情况相对于其在世界出口市场份额非常强烈地受到反倾销行为的影响；中国主要木质林产品遭受反倾销的强度指数总体上呈下降趋势,但仍处于较高水平。

This paper uses the wooden forest products anti-dumping data of WTO I-TIP application and the import and export data of UN Comtrade, which are from 2001 to 2012, to analyse the current situation and the intensity of the anti-dumping, which Chinese wooden forest products encountered. The results show that the anti-dumping investigation and sanction intensity indexes are basically very high between 2001 and 2012, which even far more than 1. Chinese wooden forest products are strong-ly affected by the anti-dumping actions relative to their shares in the world export market. Just when China joined the WTO, the anti-dumping situation that Chinese wooden forest products encountered were very strongly affected by the anti-dumping actions relative to their shares in the world export mar-ket. On the whole, the anti-dumping intensity indexes that Chinese wooden forest products encoun-tered show a downward trend. But they are still at a high level.
