目的:探讨牙再植术中再植牙牙髓变性坏死对再植术近远期疗效的影响。方法对11例外伤致上颌前牙完全脱位的患者随机分成两组,第1组4例未做根管治疗直接性行再植术;第2组7例则在立体条件下行根管治疗后再行再植术。结果第1组中有2例在术后4周复诊时发现患牙唇侧牙龈红肿、患牙轻度松动,X线片示根尖区低密度影像,牙周膜间隙较宽;1例半年后出现牙冠变色,1例2年后出现牙冠变色。第2组7例均固位良好,牙冠未变色,X线片示根尖区无异常影像,只有脱位3牙的2例半年后出现2~3 mm不等的牙槽骨水平吸收。结论再植术中再植牙牙髓变性坏死将会对再植术的近远期疗效造成不良影响。

목적:탐토아재식술중재식아아수변성배사대재식술근원기료효적영향。방법대11예외상치상합전아완전탈위적환자수궤분성량조,제1조4례미주근관치료직접성행재식술;제2조7례칙재입체조건하행근관치료후재행재식술。결과제1조중유2례재술후4주복진시발현환아진측아간홍종、환아경도송동,X선편시근첨구저밀도영상,아주막간극교관;1례반년후출현아관변색,1례2년후출현아관변색。제2조7례균고위량호,아관미변색,X선편시근첨구무이상영상,지유탈위3아적2례반년후출현2~3 mm불등적아조골수평흡수。결론재식술중재식아아수변성배사장회대재식술적근원기료효조성불량영향。
Objective To investigate the effects of the replanted tooth replantation pulp necrosis of replantation and long term efifcacy. Methods 11 cases of traumatic dislocation caused by the maxillary anterior teeth were randomly divided into two groups:Group 1 4 cases of root canal treatment without making direct sexual activity replantation;Group 2 seven cases in three-dimensional conditions downstream after root canal treatment re replantation. Results Group 1 was found in two cases labial teeth swollen gums, loose teeth mild, X-ray iflms showed apical low-density images, the gap is wider when the periodontal ligament after 4 weeks referral;1 case crown discoloration occurs after six months, one case two years after the emergence of the crown discoloration. Group 2 7 cases were good retention, crowns did not change color, X-ray showed no abnormal apical images, 2~3mm ranging alveolar bone level after only three teeth, two cases of dislocation half absorbed. Conclusion Reimplantation re-implant dental pulp necrosis will cause adverse effects on the near-term effect replantation surgery.
