以折板单元作为模型,对折板波峰进口速度、折板长、折板夹角三因素的三水平进行正交试验(模拟),并通过网格质量检验和网格独立性检验,保证了数值模拟结果的可靠性。以面积平均有效能耗作为流场特性评价标准,确定了其中的折板絮凝最优流场,并通过典型流场区域的速度分布、有效能耗分布,对最优流场特性进行分析。

An orthogonal experiment was conducted by taking fold plate unit as model,and the flow field of foldeded-plate flocculation was simulated in three levels of three factors of folded-plate wave import speed,folded-plate length and included angle. The reliability of simulation results was guaranteed through the test of grid quality and grid independency. The optimal flow field of folded-plate flocculation was determined with area-weighted aver-age turbulent dissipation rate as the evaluation standard of flow field characteristics. The characteristics of the opti-mal flow field were analyzed by velocity and turbulent dissipation rate distribution in the representative regions.
