利用水热法合成锂离子正极材料磷酸铁锂(LiFePO4)纯相,并以蔗糖为碳源对其进行碳包覆。采用 X 射线衍射光谱法(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)及恒流充放电测试仪(LAND),分别对合成样品的物相、晶胞参数、表面形貌及电化学性能进行测试与表征。实验结果表明:水热法制备的 LiFePO4样品具有纯度高、粒径小、形貌规则等优点,且 LiFePO4/C 样品制备的电池循环寿命长且可逆性好。

The pure phase LiFePO4 cathode material for Li_ion batteries was synthesized by hydro_thermal method,and it was coated with carbon by using sucrose as carbon source.The crystal structure and electrochemical performances were characterized by XRD,SEM and electrochemical performance test(LAND).The results showed that LiFePO4 sample was small particles of pure phase and regular sheets,and the batteries had long cyclic life and good reversibility using LiFe_PO4/C sample.
